Overview

Led a team of three designers on a design-discovery sprint for a US-based client developing a hardware and software lifecycle-management platform.

Our role was to unpack, analyse, and visualise the client’s current customer journeys, enabling collaborative ideation around how their end-to-end platform experience could be improved.

Using these journey maps and personas, we created conceptual UI mock-ups that helped the client articulate their product vision to investors and early customers. This allowed them to validate assumptions, gather meaningful feedback, and confidently plan the next phase of development.

The sprint successfully translated the client’s ideas into a tangible product direction, providing them with the clarity and tools needed to strategise and design the next iteration of their lifecycle-management platform.

This initiative resulted in a lucrative contract being signed between the client and Retro Rabbit to design further and develop the solution that would be commercialised.
